Pipeline smoke (2026-06-11): full wiki publishing pipeline — dashboard proposal -> root approve.sh -> ops_runner.py -> publish-wiki-proposal.sh -> MediaWiki maintenance/edit.php as DawahAgent.

No login, CSRF, or password is used; the edit is made through MediaWiki internals by the approved server-side runner, exactly analogous to the phpBB submit_post adapter for the forum.
